Health is wealth.Today our world is changing day by day with new machines and new technology. There is no time to stay and stare.Obviously its hard to maintain your fitness. In a day if you take a little time to do yoga no other exercise is required.Whole day you can work with active.

Mystyle, it is not hard to maintainone's fitness so far that person is determined to resort to a valeologically healthy way of living. 'Yoga' is only one out of thousands of body exercises, and is not the best!!!
