Assalamu alaika Admin

I am sure I have asked this question before. Amma na manta ansar da kabani. Ina so ne admin in shaida maka, the more i(and many) read hausa literature the more I(we) feel at home in the harsh environment i(we) call home.
ina da deficiency wurin rubutu cikin harshen hausa saboda dalilai wanda basai na fade su ba a wannan filin tattaw nawa.
Amma idan za ku iya admin, lalle i, and many i dare say, will appreciate it if mujallar Bidiyo ko ta fim will be update a least quaterly.
If this is not possible, to admin sai ayi kokari wurin samana yan kana nan hausa stories domin mu dinga dawowa kullun da kullun.
Dole ne mu yabi gudum mawar da kuke and adding hausa literature will make us even more appreciative.
 Bissalam

PS: this post is not directed solely to the admin. If you as a viewer has found a hausa resource page, then pls dont hesitate to share it with us.

Thanks to all who posted on this issue. I am one of the admins of the board, and we are always looking for ways to enhance the board. We are planning a major overhaul of the site in June/July insha Allah, and we will have more sections for people to write short stories in Hausa, poems, riddles and jokes and so on.

In the meantime, I also run about three Yahoo! groups dealing with Hausa culture. These are:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/littattafan_Hausa_na_zamani/
which focuses attention on novellas, novels, short stories, etc.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hausadahausawa/
a focus group on Hausa culture, including short stories (all in Hausa)

and

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/finafinan_hausa/
which is on Hausa home videos

but its the new ones that are ticking meeh off.. otherwise, i can tolerate the ones that get nominated for international awards and the ones shown at film festivals.. those are good!
